Heritage HS Welcomes Mrs. Jennifer Carpenter as Comprehensive Development Services Teacher

We are beyond excited to welcome Mrs. Jennifer Carpenter to a new role at Heritage High School as our Comprehensive Development Services (CDS) Teacher! Mrs. Carpenter joins HHS following the retirement of Dr. Bonnie Iannaccone at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.

She has since spent the past eleven years serving students across the district as the Blount County Schools Vocational Transition Case Manager, helping students prepare for success beyond high school—including many Mountaineers. Now, we are thrilled to welcome her into her first classroom teaching role at the school where it all began.
